A former senior police officer with the Service de police de la Ville of Quebec City, Carmin Marcotte has devoted more than two decades to solving investigations, devoting himself body and soul to the complex field of narcotics cases.

He then chose to pass on his expertise as a teacher as a teacher at Cégep Garneau, specializing in techniques ancillary to justice.
