A graduate in Police Technology from Cégep François-Xavier-Garneau, Dominic Fortin joined the ranks of a police service on the South Shore of Montreal in 2008. He is now working as a patroller and bicycle patrol officer for that same police department. He has developed over the years a keen interest for the interventions related to driving and the application of the Highway Safety Code. This is how he developed a complementary tool to the Highway Safety Code, a checklist of several offences applicable to various situations encountered on the road. This document offers police officers a quick and efficient search solution.
